Return & Exchanges

Our products are handwoven and may have minor variations that are not considered defects. Despite this, we allow exchanges, returns, and refunds for eligible products with the following conditions:

 

- Applicable for online domestic orders through our official website only.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

- Returns, exchanges, and refunds will only be processed after obtaining owner approval.

 

Exclusions

- Used or damaged items are not eligible for exchange or return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

Reverse Pickup Policy

- Reverse pickups are available within 5 business days for eligible pin codes.

- Customers in areas not serviced by our logistics partner must self-ship the item.
