 Order Cancellation by Customer 

1. Before Shipment: 

   - Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.

2. After Shipment: 

   - Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances: 

- If the product is unavailable or out of stock. 

- If there are issues with payment authorization. 

- If the shipping address is outside our delivery area or incomplete.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded promptly.

 Refund for Canceled Orders 

- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation. 

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
