Silk brocade: An overview

Silk brocade is a luxurious, richly textured fabric featuring intricate, raised patterns woven directly into the cloth during the manufacturing process. Unlike embroidered fabric, the motifs are not added afterward but are part of the original weave. Historically reserved for the wealthy and royalty, silk brocade is a dense, high-end textile known for its elegant luster, vibrant colors, and three-dimensional effect.
